An active line of thunderstorms slowly approached me over lake Markermeer, seemingly coming to a stop (by dying over my place and triggering new cells over the lake). Eventually the storms died altogether, after producing a number of beautiful lightning discharges. I should have used a higher aperture setting for some photos - something I learned out of this and used later. Also, the composition was not that great, but I could not go outdoors in the lightning storms.
