Cloud-to-ground lightning, of which one channel shows a ribbon-effect due to multiple discharges along the same channel (to the right of the photo) while the channel moves with the wind. The ribbon effect is more pronounced higher up the lightning channel, as one may expect due to higher wind speeds aloft.
